Williamz Constructors is a family owned residential builder rooted in Middle Tennessee. We were founded in 2007 and bring more than 65 years of family construction experience to every project.
We work with Nashville homeowners on custom homes, additions, renovations, remodels, outdoor living spaces, and custom carpentry. Each project is designed around how they live and built to last for generations.

Ryan was an incredible person to work with – kind, honest, hard working. When we were just exploring the potential of finishing our basement, he went above and beyond for us in our planning. Because we live a little outside the city and we were a small project compared to everything else going on, we struggled getting contractors to give us estimates and be willing to do the job. Ryan and Williamz Constructors were not those companies – He was willing to work with us, was very transparent, and communicated well throughout the process. We truly loved working with Williamz Constructors. We hired them for a large-scale historical renovation and addition, and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. Communication was clear and consistent, and the project stayed largely on schedule. The final cost was nearly identical to the original estimate, with any changes clearly explained and signed off on. Weekly invoices kept everything transparent and easy to follow.
The finished work is beautiful, and the team remained responsive even after the project wrapped. Most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy—qualities that mean everything in this kind of work. We’ve already recommended them to friends and would happily work with them again!
We had seen Williamz work from friends homes we had been in, and so when the time came to do our somewhat complicated back porch/deck with roof project, we thought of them. I was happy with how quickly they were able to start and finish the job. The customer service was outstanding as Ian was on our site nearly everyday and making any small changes or adds on the fly, without any interruption. Chris and Ryan helped us with better ideas on our initial plan, and provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went with a high quality company instead of solely price shopping. We get alot of compliments on our back, and the unique designs that they provided. Needless to say, we are very happy with the job they did!
I photograph projects for Williamz, and after seeing their work, I knew we needed them for our kitchen renovation. They are extremely attentive and dependable. Their subcontractors are AWESOME and thorough. They stayed on schedule and budget. We could not be happier with the final result! 5 STARS!

We worked with Williamz on a major renovation. They leveled a sunken den floor, took out a wall between the kitchen and dining room, opened the opening between the kitchen and den, raised the kitchen ceiling, redid the kitchen completely, created a cathedral ceiling in the den, redid 2 bathrooms, added a 1/2 bath and a walk-in closet and added hardwood floors. All of our work was professional and well done. We are completely pleased and will definitely use them in the future. Our work was also completed on time!
I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and Williamz Constructors. Our previous contractor left us mid-job which forced us to find a new contractor. We reached out to everyone we could get a hold of and had the worst experiences. I completely lost faith in the contractor profession and was left questioning if any contractor ran their business in a professional manner. Then we met Ryan from Williamz Constructors. We found him at just the right time as he had space in his schedule to fit our small project in. From day one he was extremely communicative, straight forward and trustworthy. I knew from the moment we met we were dealing with a professional. Everyone he had working on our job was extremely friendly and did fantastic work.
